Where are you located?
Our self-storage facility is located at 15411 1st Ave Ct S STE A, Tacoma, WA 98444. You can find Lake Spanaway Golf Course on the other side of Pacific Avenue South.
What are your office hours?
You can visit the office during the following business hours:
Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm (with a lunch break from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm)
Saturday, between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm (with a lunch break from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm)
Sunday, between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.
What are the access hours?
Tenants can get access to their storage units between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm daily. With a digital surveillance system and fully fenced grounds, you can be sure that your belongings are protected while you’re away.
Is there a manager on-site?
Yes, we have a resident manager. When you call us with questions, you will speak with the people who are familiar with our facility and not just someone random in a call center.
How far are you from Joint Base Lewis-McCord (JBLM)?
We are only one mile from JBLM, meaning you can reach our self-storage property after a ridiculously short 5-minute drive! We are also convenient to the communities of Frederickson, Yelm, and Parkland.
How secure is the facility?
Our storage units are behind storefronts and a security gate. While the other security features we offer serve an important function, individual unit alarms are the best form of security because it lets our team know immediately when a breach has occurred.
Are the individual alarms that useful?
Yes, alarms play a crucial part in offering peace of mind to our customers. Video surveillance is one of our key security features, but without a door-alarm system, you’d be constantly afraid of someone trying to sneak into your self-storage unit.
Do you offer vehicle storage?
Yes, we do. Whether you like to take the boat for some fishing on Spanaway Lake or prefer to make the odd RV camping trip, our facility offers a variety of indoor and outdoor storage spaces for boats, trailers, campers, motorhomes, cars, business vans, and nearly anything on wheels!
What is Heated Storage?
That’s a great question. With heated Storage, we may not heat to creature comfort but we will maintain a standard of temperature . Our storage units keep steady temperatures that help with humidity levels, resisting dust, extreme weather, and other threats.
How do I rent a unit?
